So I woke up this morning to check on the goats and rabbits (as they are due to have babies soon). The pond was iced over almost completely except for a ten foot circle that the ducks were keeping clear. I guess we are going to have to keep the ducks in now and take the boat out so we can let the pond freeze over so we can go ice skating. Which is one of our favorite pastimes.
Have Fun and Enjoy

We currently have four does at Deer Path Farm, FireFly ( a pedigreed Lamancha Doe), Suzie (a mixed breed dairy), Treasure (a pedigreed Toggenburg), Clover ( Treasure's kid and my old doe Jazzy grand kid a mix of Toggenburg, Alpine, Nubian, and Lamancha). All of our Does are currently bred to our purebred Lamancha buck, Jasper. Jasper is currently being used by another farmer to breed their does. I will post more about each goat in the future.
